I was not happy at all. The behavior in the MRI department's office was unacceptable..I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 8:00. The office had never noted the appointment I had made, so they couldn't find it. They didn't inform me about the contrast medium I had to have with me and the best part is that I had to show the calls from my cell phone to prove that I had indeed taken 3 weeks in advance to make the appointment. What if I had called from my landline? ?? Unacceptable behavior...

Generally okay experience but there were some issues I couldn't overlook. The staff seemed to genuinely care about the mothers and babies. However, the wards were understaffed. My roommates and I had to wait a long time for anyone to respond to the buzzer - which at one point meant I went several hours with painkillers after my c section. Some of the hospital practices aren't in the patients' best interest either. For example, admissions refused to let my husband stay with me for a series of invasive checks but kept letting random people into the room and leaving the door to the busy corridor open. Overall the standard of care was good but I felt like my baby and I were on a conveyer belt at times.

In emergencies, impeccable service

I was admitted with dehydration due to viral poisoning at 11 weeks pregnant. I have to say that the care, the doctors, nurses, and assistants were outstanding. I felt cared for, listened to, and supported at all times. They performed all the necessary tests to stabilize me and ensured the baby's well-being above all else. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the attention and care we received. The rooms were spectacular, and the cleanliness and order of the place were impeccable. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Finally, I want to give special mention to the care, quality, and service provided by Dr. Dimitroula Vasiliki. Thank you for taking such professional and high-quality care of us.
