Who we are

Lifespan Solutions is a discovery and booking platform for longevity and preventive health. We connect you to independent clinics, treatments, supplements, science-based content and events. We are an information and booking intermediary — we do not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a healthcare provider.

Registration and access

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. The Platform is not directed to children.

Your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or make it available to anyone else. If you use the Platform on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Using the Platform

What you can do

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Platform to discover clinics and providers, read content and reviews, and make bookings or orders. In doing so, you must comply with all applicable laws and any guidelines or policies we make available to you.

What you cannot do

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:

• Use the Platform in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone's rights.
• Copy, modify, lease, sell or redistribute any part of the Platform without our permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the Platform, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Automatically or programmatically scrape, harvest or extract content or data from the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, circumvent rate limits or restrictions, or bypass any protective or security measures.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Post reviews or content that you know to be untrue, or that is defamatory, abusive or otherwise unlawful.

Bookings, orders and payments

When you book a clinic, treatment or event, or order a product through the Platform, you may be entering into a contract directly with the relevant clinic or brand — not with Lifespan Solutions. Prices, availability, eligibility, cancellation and refund terms are set by the respective provider and shown at the time of booking or purchase.

• Confirmations and receipts are sent to the email address on your account.
• Cancellations and rescheduling follow the provider's published policy.
• Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors; you are responsible for any applicable taxes and for providing valid, accurate billing information.

Where Lifespan Solutions offers any paid features of its own, we will tell you the price and terms before you pay. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights that apply to you as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

Independent clinics, providers and third-party content

Clinics, practitioners and brands listed on the Platform are independent third parties. Lifespan Solutions does not control, supervise, employ or guarantee their services, qualifications, pricing or outcomes, and is not a party to the care or products they deliver. Any medical decisions are between you and the treating provider.

The Platform may display content from third parties — for example, ratings and reviews sourced from external services such as Google, or links to third-party websites. Such third-party content and services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. A listing or reference does not mean the third party endorses, or is affiliated with, Lifespan Solutions.

Your content and reviews

You may submit content to the Platform, such as reviews, ratings, comments, messages and other materials ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You are responsible for it and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate any law or these Terms.

You grant Lifespan Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Platform. We may moderate, edit or remove content that we believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, or is otherwise inappropriate. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience; we do not permit fake, incentivised or misleading reviews.

Feedback

We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep clinic listings, descriptions, prices and ratings accurate and up to date, but the Platform aggregates information from clinics and third-party sources and may, in some situations, be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Aggregated ratings reflect third-party reviews and not the views of Lifespan Solutions.

When you use the Platform you understand and agree that:

• Information on the Platform may not always be accurate and should not be relied on as a sole source of truth.
• Content is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. You should always verify details directly with the provider and seek advice from a qualified professional before making health decisions. See our Medical Disclaimer.
• You must evaluate information for accuracy and suitability for your own circumstances before relying on it.

Our intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Lifespan Solutions name and logo. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo or brand except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

Termination and suspension

You are free to stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or delete your account, if we reasonably determine that:

• you have breached these Terms or our policies;
• we must do so to comply with the law; or
• your use could cause risk or harm to Lifespan Solutions, our users, providers or anyone else.

Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice. If you believe we have suspended or terminated your account in error, you can contact us to appeal.

Discontinuation of the Platform

We may decide to change or discontinue all or part of the Platform. If we discontinue a paid service you have already paid for, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused amount, except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free, or that any content will be secure or not lost or altered. Any use of information from the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Lifespan Solutions nor its affiliates or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, services or products of independent clinics, providers or brands.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

If you use the Platform as a business or organisation, then to the extent permitted by law you will indemnify and hold harmless Lifespan Solutions, its affiliates and personnel from any costs, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property complaints

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@lifespan-solutions.com. We may remove or disable content we believe violates these Terms or is alleged to be infringing, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. Your notice should include:

• your contact details (name, address, email);
• a description of the work you claim has been infringed;
• the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law; and
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

Changes to these Terms or the Platform

We may update these Terms or the Platform from time to time — for example, due to changes in the law, security or safety reasons, or as we develop our services. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that materially and adversely affect you, by email or an in-product notice. Other changes take effect when posted. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts at the registered seat of the Platform operator have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. As a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

General terms

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours to an affiliate or successor in connection with the Platform. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the invalid provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted. These Terms, together with any service-specific terms referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
