A magnificent hotel that exceeded all expectations! The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is the epitome of Swiss hospitality and luxury. The hotel's location is simply perfect. It's picturesque and secluded, yet extremely convenient for travel. The Principality of Liechtenstein and the famous resort of Davos are nearby, making it an excellent starting point for road trips through the Alpine region. The hotel grounds are a masterpiece in themselves. The vast, well-kept, and incredibly beautiful park is truly enchanting. Strolling through it is a true aesthetic pleasure, thanks to the stunning collection of modern sculptures harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape. It's a true open-air museum with views of the majestic mountains. The service deserves the highest praise. The service is impeccable, attentive and helpful, yet never overly intrusive. The entire staff works like a well-oiled machine, genuinely striving to make your stay unforgettable. Every request is answered promptly, and the attention to detail is evident in everything—from the receptionist to the housekeeping and waiters in the restaurants. This is the ideal place for those seeking a premium vacation, peace, impeccable comfort, and a connection with nature. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who appreciates the highest level of service!

We recently stayed at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for two nights and had the most wonderful experience. Having stayed in many luxury five-star hotels around the world, I can honestly say this was one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were fortunate to have a gorgeous room with a beautiful view, which made our stay even more special. The spa facilities were excellent and provided the perfect opportunity to switch off and unwind. The resort itself is beautiful, with immaculate grounds and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic, and every aspect of our stay felt effortless and relaxing. What stood out most was how refreshed we felt after just two days. It is rare to find a place where you can completely disconnect from everyday life and truly relax, but Grand Resort Bad Ragaz delivered exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning for another relaxing weekend in the future.

Royal Plus Hotel

Honest review... The structure is excessively large... Inside, it's a shopping mall rather than a five-star hotel. The indoor thermal pool is nice, but it lacks hydromassage jets. The hotel caters to a specific type of tourism, very much geared toward a hypocritical middle class... The breakfast is subpar, too expensive for what it is. They show complete disregard for customer requests at the front desk, while the concierges, I must say, were very kind and extremely helpful, to whom I owe my deepest thanks for their welcome and the services they provided. We had three wonderful days in May at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz and truly enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The whole team was simply outstanding, and a very special thank you goes to Gianni, who did absolutely everything to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional throughout the entire resort. The food was really delicious. We especially enjoyed dining at the Golf Restaurant as well as the traditional Swiss restaurant, both offering fantastic quality and atmosphere. The spa experience was another true highlight and allowed us to fully relax and recharge. Our room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared, including lovely little treats that made the stay feel even more special. Combined with the incredibly friendly staff, the entire experience felt luxurious yet genuinely warm and welcoming. What also makes this destination so unique is the wonderful region surrounding the resort. From vineyards and wine experiences to beautiful hiking opportunities, the nearby Tamina Therme, Liechtenstein, Appenzell, and Toggenburg — there is so much to explore. You could easily stay here for a week or even longer without ever getting bored. Simply an outstanding hotel with outstanding people in one of the most beautiful regions of Switzerland.
