Very nice and peace full area

Very disappointing experience from the very first interaction at Tulah. I visited with my family expecting a professional and welcoming environment, but the behavior from the security staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the very first gate. Mr. Shamnad and another security staff member were arrogant, misleading, and unwilling to handle the situation respectfully. One of the staff members was not even wearing a proper identification badge and refused to reveal his identity when asked. What made it worse was being asked to leave the premises in front of my family instead of being guided properly. Even after calling the official number and being promised a callback within 5 minutes, nobody followed up and I had to call again myself which never took any accountability and solution. If this is the experience at the entrance itself, it raises serious concerns about the overall hospitality and service standards of the place.

Such institutions are exactly what Kerala needs to attract more tourists and visitors from around the world. The beauty, neatness, cleanliness, and truly professional setup here are impressive and inspiring. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well maintained, creating a very positive experience for visitors. If more institutions like this are developed across Kerala, our state can easily become one of the most attractive destinations in the world—not only for its natural beauty but also for its quality infrastructure and hospitality standards. This is truly a novel and commendable initiative. Congratulations to the entire team behind this excellent effort!
