Villa Eden

I had a short break of four days at Villa Eden. It couldn't have been better. The welcome was very friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, and everything is exactly as pictured. The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated, located in a quiet yet central neighborhood with a large park, and the center of Merano is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is very generous and, like the dinner, excellent. Even with half-board, there is a wide selection. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and highly competent, and you feel truly well cared for and comfortable. The owner, Mrs. Schmid, is always present and personally attends to the guests. The wellness area and spa are very large, and the treatments and consultations are highly professional and did me a world of good. Thank you again; it is truly a pleasure to stay at your hotel, and I will definitely return.

The attention to detail demonstrated by the owners, through their constant presence, is of the highest order. Style, thoughtfulness, tact, and persuasive affability are evident in every hotel staff member. A place that will be remembered and will inspire you to return soon.

Almost beyond compare in terms of perfection. There's a saying in the room: "We fulfill all your wishes," and that's exactly the attitude of the entire team. Especially the owner. The whole place delights with its elegance, thoughtful details, and impeccable service. The wonderful food also deserves a mention. After two years, I stayed at this hotel again. What a breath of fresh air after several stays in the region! I highly recommend it, but I'd also recommend choosing the breakfast and dinner option. The food is fantastic and deserves at least one star, if not two! Add to that the exceptionally friendly service and the beautiful setting: a stay here is true luxury in the best sense of the word.
