5:2 intermittent fasting (weekly)

Fasting-mimicking diet / FMD (monthly or bi-monthly)

Prolonged fasting, 24–48h (occasional)

How long do you have to fast for autophagy?
There is no exact, universal "autophagy switch-on" time in humans — claims of a precise hour mark are oversimplified. Who should not fast
