Aksana Labokha, PhD

Aksana Labokha is a biotech executive and venture investor focused on translating breakthroughs in ageing biology into therapies that extend healthy human lifespan. With over 15 years of experience across pharma, biotechnology, and venture capital, she has built, financed, and scaled companies developing next-generation therapeutics. As former CEO of Centenara Labs (formerly Rejuveron Life Sciences), she raised a $75 million Series B and led a portfolio of longevity companies targeting multiple hallmarks of ageing, some successfully validated in clinic. Her career spans drug discovery and business development at AstraZeneca and Sanofi, company creation, and early-stage investing at Epidarex Capital. She currently invests in and supports companies at the forefront of longevity biotechnology and healthy ageing. She holds a doctorate in life sciences (biochemistry) from the University of Göttingen and a master’s degree in molecular medicine and radiobiology from the International Sakharov Environmental University. She is a research scientist, not a practising physician.
