Following your response: I had asked for the manager, whom I NEVER spoke to on the phone. They NEVER bothered to contact me. The only person I spoke to was the quality manager, who called me back almost two weeks later to say it was a complete misunderstanding. During my first postpartum checkup, this man injured me and yelled at me with his legs spread wide in a threatening manner. Your suggestion of a meeting so that this man could once again play the victim of my accusations was a bad joke. I was assaulted by a gynecologist at this clinic. To this day, I have not received any feedback on the situation as agreed with the quality manager.

He takes the time to explain everything with great clarity and detail, which makes all the difference and immediately puts you at ease.
