First-class service, superior to a 5-star hotel. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is incredible.

Longevity Premium Program – Breach of Protocol & Confidentiality To the Management Team, We recently completed your Longevity Premium program. While the doctors we saw were excellent, top-notch specialists who made a pleasant impression, the overall service and operations were not consistent with a $50,000+ per person program. Critical failures: 1. No onboarding: Upon arrival, there was no coolant provided and no designated coordinator. The person assigned to meet us was with another “more important client” giving a tour. We were met by a receptionist who provided zero explanation of the program, schedule, or daily plan. We had to figure everything out ourselves. In check out day we knew person who should take care of us during the stay , she ask for apology and present us some cream… 2. Poor program management: We are still waiting for some results of the Longevity Premium program. 3. Inappropriate sales pressure: The plastic surgeon pushed liposuction and facial injections on every client without exception. This felt like a sales quota, not medical advice. We confirmed this with other patients at dinner. 4. Gross breach of confidentiality: The same plastic surgeon named celebrity, politics , athlete patients he had operated on. This is Confidentiality violations: plastic surgeon and Dimitra Georgi named celebrity patients and shared other clients' private details during consultations. This is a massive red flag. My session with Dimitra was useless - no analysis of my skin results, just gossip. At this price point, luxury means discretion, organization, and medical ethics. Go for the doctors, but beware of the business practices. Beyond the operational and confidentiality issues already raised, I was also upset by the imposition of services from certain specialists, clearly designed to inflate the bill. This shows the initial offers were not medically necessary, but revenue-driven. At this price point, clients expect curated, necessary care — not to be treated as a wallet with upsells for basic activities. Special thanks to dr.Flot she is expert #1
