It’s great that they offer tests which are hard to find in the UK, but the medical support and expertise specifically in the field of longevity is lacking.

Terrible experience. Explained exactly what my skin concern in detail, booked and paid for a consultation - I had to call them to remind them to send me a confirmation email. I was given very bad and conflicting advice - I’m too young for fat transfer, then suddenly fat transfer is the only option, then I’m told this won’t work and then I’m told to pay them £7K. To make matters worse Elizabeth would need to be constantly chased up to answer an email and was extremely rude to me the I mentioned I was fed up with chasing her up. Not acknowledgement or apology (attached photo) Sevda called me and I have no idea why as she talked over me the entire conversation. I was finally contacted by Yonca the manager who ignored my response to her. They have now agreed to refund me (still haven’t received it) but they have still cost me a great deal of time, money snd stress for no reason. Unfortunately cosmetic companies know when people are vulnerable and this experience has damaged my trust even further. UODATE. They decided it was appropriate to send me a promotional message to book in with them. I made a complaint and they outright ignored me.

Outstanding HBOT Experience at the London Regenerative Institute I cannot speak highly enough of my Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) experience (7 sessions) at the London Regenerative Institute. From the very first session, I was impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and warmth I received. A special thank you to Ana, who was absolutely exceptional. Not only is she highly professional and knowledgeable, but she also went out of her way to ensure I felt completely comfortable throughout my treatments. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made every session a relaxing and reassuring experience. She explained everything thoroughly, addressed any concerns I had, and created an environment where I could fully focus on my healing. Beyond Ana’s incredible care, the entire experience was seamless—everything was well-organized, and any questions I had were promptly answered. The treatments themselves were not only beneficial but also very relaxing, and I left each session feeling rejuvenated and confident in my recovery progress. I highly recommend the London Regenerative Institute for anyone considering HBOT. The expertise, care, and genuine commitment to patient well-being make it an outstanding choice for healing and recovery.

The London Regenerative institute can only be rated as excellent. I had taking a 5 day package of HBOT which I highly recommend. Other than help my body heal, it also gave me a clearer mind and helped regulate my sleep . With daily greeting from lovely Ana upon arrival, who sits through the whole treatment to insure your comfort and ease. Also I was so impressed by everyone I meet on the team . Thank you 💙

My whole experience with Dr Benji was nothing less than 5 star. At the consultantation I was explained everything in thorough detail and then sent everything through from Ana who is also amazing and so helpful. On the day of my procedure I was very nervous but both Dr Benji and Ana soon put me at ease and the whole way through was asking if I am OK. I think if anyone was looking into facial treatments I would highly recommend Dr Benji as she is caring and understands your exact needs and listens to you. Great service with Great people.

My experience at the London Regenerative Institute was outstanding. Dr Bengi Sari explained my procedure throughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My husband and I both had oxygen treatments for jet lag and quick recovery administered by Elizabeth Hawkins. Both of us were very impressed by the level of the services we received and were very happy with the results.
