On the contrary, Dr. Omar Haroon was incredibly sensitive to my individual needs and wishes, and as a result, he truly achieved the best possible outcome for me. He even scheduled my surgery for a Sunday so that I could feel well on my big day – my wedding. I will never forget his personal and straightforward approach. The (new) practice itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere is unique. The entire team is warm, kind, and attentive – you feel welcome from the very first moment. And most importantly: I am extremely happy with the result! It's exactly what I wanted, and I would (and will) entrust myself to him again without hesitation. Rarely have I felt so disappointed and disrespected after dealing with a company. I had a scheduled initial consultation in person regarding a planned facial surgery. I had made a firm appointment and set aside time for it, prepared accordingly, and arrived on time. As agreed, I was there for the appointment and even waited an extra 10 minutes, assuming the consultation would begin shortly. Only at the exact moment the consultation was supposed to take place did I receive a last-minute cancellation notice. This information came far too late for me, as I was already there and had planned my time accordingly. My issue isn't that the appointment was canceled or that a decision was made against me. Of course, a company can reschedule appointments or make different decisions. What disappointed me most, however, was the way my time and effort were handled. A simple notification earlier would have been perfectly sufficient and would have shown respect and appreciation. I had prepared for the consultation and was looking forward to the discussion. The fact that the cancellation only came at the very moment the appointment was scheduled left me with the feeling that my time and effort were not taken seriously. I am not writing this review to harm the company, but in the hope that the handling of scheduled appointments will be improved in the future. Especially in the medical field, where trust and professionalism play a crucial role, I expect transparent communication and respectful treatment of patients.
