Absolutely amazing experience! I am an athlete and did some therapies to recover. After leaving my body felt amazing and I felt a massive difference. Would really recommend to all athletes or anyone who challenges their body in general.

The staff are very friendly, location is very pretty and clean. I had a consultation with Dr Olga to discuss my fatigue & symptoms. She was friendly and approachable, but she didn’t really ask much or offer too much advice. It seemed more like me offering information and her nodding, without follow up questions. In the end it was recommended to me to have an iron infusion, as I had brought a recent blood test copy which showed low ferritin and low ish iron. I had an iron infusion without filling in any medical history, for example, I have asthma, which increases your chance of anaphylaxis (which was not mentioned or asked about). For the first 10 minutes the nurse monitored me, then after the infusion, I was not monitored (as is normal for 30 minutes). Later on, i had anaphylaxis. Luckily, I was okay. My doctor has given me medication.* *update next day: I had to go to the ER again. In hindsight, the lack of checking my medical history / risk assessment was not up to standard. I see a lot of people having great things to say, and i believe their experiences. The staff seem genuine and kind, I just feel some support after the infusion was needed (for example, look out for these symptoms, this is normal, this is not). That would’ve been nice. Now I’m 240€ down, plus more hospital bills, and still suffering a few weeks later 😭 I hope the ferritin boost is worth it! My review really is only about this experience, as I think many people have had wonderful experiences here and I don’t wish to take away from that. This is just some feedback! Thanks, Charlotte

I recently visited Neomed for a PRP treatment, which involves drawing blood as part of the procedure. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during the blood draw with Sergey. He struggled to locate my vein and made several attempts, bending the needle multiple times in the process, which was quite uncomfortable and distressing. However, I want to highlight that Margaret, the cosmetologist who performed the actual PRP treatment, was absolutely wonderful. My only advice would be to request a different practitioner for the blood draw portion of your visit. If you’re seeing Margaret for the PRP itself, you’re in great hands — just ask for someone else to take your blood beforehand.
